Registration and Abstracts

All fees for the meeting are in UK pounds, payable by credit card. The registration fees are listed below, and the online registration site will be available in February. Early registration will remain open through 15 April 2010. Participants registering after that date will be assessed a late fee of £50.

A cancellation charge equal to 10% of total fees (registration, housing, and other) will be assessed for those withdrawing on or before 15 April 2010. After that date, the cancellation fee will be 25%.

The number of on-campus rooms available for the meeting is limited, so register early. Bookings will be honored on a first come basis, with priority given to those who request rooms for the entire meeting (nights of July 18 through July 23).
